    Great location inside the Renaissance hotel. Pretty big for being inside the hotel has lots of little tables to sit at.  The baristas were nice everytime we got something.

    Great coffee, average service to get a drink, wait time was more than average, not very busy and the work surfaces were questionable. Floors should be cleaned behind the counter a little more often and counters wiped down. Won't prevent me from coming back, there is no better choice for coffee. The little things could be touched up a little bit better.

    I used to like this place until the fell into the same old Starbucks trap why offer cold brew on be menu if u never have it? It takes twenty hours to brew it... if u are out one morning and I show up the next 24 hours later u would think ok plenty of time to make it.  It's common sense but I suppose they are more worried about non customer drug addicts being able to use there bathroom then taking care of paying customers this is why Starbucks is he worst

    Barista was very kind.  Came in around 7am went for a run and came back around 845am.  Staff was very very friendly.  Cleanest Starbucks I have visited in the last year.  Drinks were deliciously roasted and prepared.

    Nonfat iced mocha
    Non fat flat white
    Nonfat blonde espresso cappuccino

    I'll be back next month!

    We were staying at the hotel for ASU graduation, there were quite a few people in the lobby and the baristas were passing out drink samples to everyone in the lobby that wanted on. Very friendly staff and a very clean location.

    Recommend when you are in the downtown area and need your Starbucks Fix
